Dow Texas Innovation Center

The Texas Innovation Center now represents 40% of Dow’s R&D facility footprint in North America. The fifty-five-acre campus includes more than 200,000 SF of R & D Lab space, more than 600,000 SF of office & support space, a 60,000 SF Amenities Building, 11,000 SF of Class 1 Div II Outdoor Storage Space, and a 60,000 SF Central Plant & Warehouse.  The project received LEED Gold Certification. Cogent Commissioning provided full building commissioning services including USGBC Fundamental and Enhanced commissioning services.
