Credit Human Headquarters

The Credit Human Headquarters is a 312,000 SF corporate tower within The Pearl development.  The Pearl, the largest mixed-use development in downtown San Antonio.  The building achieved LEED Platinum, includes a 1 MW solar array, 120 tons of geothermal wells and rainwater storage 95% of demand.
