The Tower at Hall Park

The D1 phase of the Hall Park development includes a 16 story, 380,000 square feet Class A office space and a 224-room boutique hotel.  Amenities also include fitness, corporate lounge, outdoor amenity deck and conference center.  Cogent Commissioning provided USGBC LEED v4 Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services.
