The Finery

The Finery has more than 700,000 square feet of mixed-use program including 383 multifamily units, heavy timber creative office space, retail, entertainment, and hospitality uses. Amenities will include restaurants, cafes, retail services, fitness options, and outdoor gathering spaces.   Cogent Commissioning provided USGBC LEED v4 Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services.
