The Ion

The project included the redevelopment and addition to the existing Sears retail store to become a 287,000 SF innovation hub, owned by Rice University.  The project achieved WELL, WireScore and LEED Certifications.  Cogent Commissioning provided USGBC LEED v4 Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services.
