The project is a 290,000 SF of purpose-built lab & office space in Houston’s Biotech, Life Sciences and Medical Research Hub. Cogent Commissioning provided USGBC LEED v4 Fundamental, Enhanced, Monitoring Based and Envelope Commissioning services.
