1550 on the Green

The office tower is on the West edge of Houston’s Discovery Green.  The building is 375,000 square feet of multi-tenant office space.  Cogent Commissioning provided USGBC LEED v4 Fundamental, Enhanced, Monitoring Based and Envelope Commissioning services.
