10 & 120 South Riverside Plaza

Ivanhoe Cambridge and Hines have repositioned the two office towers totaling 1.4 million SF.  The renovations include enhanced indoor and outdoor amenities, meeting and gathering spaces, and upgraded systems.  Cogent Commissioning provided USGBC LEED v4 Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services.
