Texas Tower

A new 47-story, one-million-square-foot office tower in dowtown Houston. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, the project is built to the highest standards that Hines has ever developed in Houston, including LEED® Platinum, WiredScore and WELL™ Building Standards.

Texas Tower will feature unprecedented amenities in the vertically integrated campus, including: multiple food and beverage offerings, spaces for networking, a full-service conference facility, public gardens, and a high-performance fitness center.

Cogent Commissioning is providing USGBC USGBC LEED V4 Fundamentals, Enhanced Commissioning and Enhanced Envelope Commissioning services.  Cogent TAB has also been providing Test and Balancing services for the projects interior improvements.
