Maple Terrace

The Maple Terrace Development Project is a unique urban infill opportunity in the heart of the Uptown submarket of Dallas, TX. In addition to the multitude of adjacent lifestyle offerings, the Project will offer a variety of amenities, including valet parking, upscale fitness programming and locker rooms, multiple landscaped roof terraces, a resort style pool, a pet spa, resident and tenant lounges, and a highly activated streetscape enhanced by a series of large, original oak trees.

The project will include approximately 350 for-rent residential units, approximately 10,500 sf of restaurant space, and approximately 130,000 sf of highly differentiated boutique office space integrating key architectural elements of the existing 1920s vintage Maple Terrace Apartments structure.
