Steven Chandler, PE, QCxP, BECxP, CxA+BE
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has been a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas since 1988. His experience includes 30 years of mechanical systems design, the daily operations of HVAC departments and quality control management. He is certified to provide general commissioning services as well as envelope commissioning services and management through the University of Wisconsin’s commissioning certification program.
Steve has been providing commissioning services full time since 2004.
Steve is responsible for the quality control procedures for documents and specifications, peer design reviews and commissioning at the functional and integrated systems level of complex and highly reliable HVAC systems for mission critical facilities.
Steve’s extensive design experience includes virtually all types of facilities including; Office Buildings, Hospitals, Data Centers, Industrial, Aircraft Maintenance, Telephone Equipment, Pharmaceutical Processing, Food Processing, etc.
Steve has served as a board member of the Texas Chapter of the BCA. He also served on the City of Dallas Building Inspections Advisory and Review Board from 1994 to 1999.
